When we set out to implement the Collaboration Lab, we wanted to support the different Fenomenal Funds stakeholders supporting the process with guidance on their roles and responsibilities. They would bring their magic in the how. While initially developed for internal purposes, we ended up with a rich collection of guides, tips, and tools to support the Collaboration Lab. As other collaboratives and funders expressed interest in learning from our process, we decided to share what we have developed more broadly. We hope that you will find this set of tools and resources to be a useful guide that you can draw on as you adapt the Collaboration Lab to your own needs and purpose.
