Nino is a feminist activist and philanthropic advocate from Georgia. She believes in the power of co-creation and grassroots activism for a just world. Nino has over nine years of experience working closely with women’s rights groups and organizations. Over the past years, she has been part of regional and global grassroots-based feminist and gender justice networks and organizations contributing to advancing social justice and human rights. Being in the Taso Foundation, Nino is devoted to working with groups and organizations, advocating women’s leadership in community philanthropy to contribute to strengthening the women’s / feminist movement and local philanthropy practices in Georgia. Nino has a BA in psychology and an MA in gender studies. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the music of different cultures, dancing, and listening to podcasts on history, and neuroscience.
