Born and raised in a migrant family in Hong Kong, Phoebe is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English and speaks Indonesian and Thai. Traveling and cooking are her favorite ways to relieve stress outside of work. Her cat, Horlick, has been a constant companion throughout many online meetings.
