Over the past fifteen years, Phoebe has led and supported several feminist and human rights programs in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, and China, with passion and the capability to deliver innovative, impactful outcomes. Committed to feminism and human rights, she has served on the boards of women’s rights organizations in Hong Kong and Indonesia, including HER Fund and the Institute for Women’s Empowerment.

Phoebe has extensive experience in grants and relief funds management, capacity building, organizational and leadership development, and engaged diverse stakeholders using her deep inter-cultural experience working with communities across Asia.

Phoebe was born and raised in a migrant family in Hong Kong. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English and speaks some Indonesian and Thai. Traveling and cooking are her favorite things to do when stressed. She has a cat called Horlick.

She very much looks forward to the opportunity to work with all the partners in the Collaborative.
