Sneha Tatapudy (she/her) is the Manager of Institutional Partnerships and Strategic Alliances at Women First International Fund.
Prior to joining WomenFirst, Sneha worked at Global Fund for Women, where she shaped movement-led grantmaking and donor education initiatives to advance economic and climate justice in India, the Caribbean, and Pacific islands.
Sneha previously worked with a range of community-based organizations in India, including Youth for Unity and Voluntary Action (YUVA), where her research and advocacy addressed the lived realities and challenges of people living in Mumbai’s informal settlements without gender justice, food security, safe housing, and secure livelihoods. Sneha also contributed to the design and implementation of innovation and technology programs at UN Women, and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) campaigns at Global Citizen.
Sneha holds an MA in Social Work with a specialization in Community Organization and Development Practice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a BA in International Studies and Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She loves singing, traveling, and being in the company of family and friends with great coffee and conversation.
