Learning is integral to the Fenomenal Funds model. Throughout the Collaboration Lab process, we embedded practices to support learning. We systematically documented processes and conversations, gathered feedback, and facilitated collective sensemaking. This approach generated insights on co-creating feminist collaboration, responding to participant experiences, and understanding the needs and priorities of women’s funds. Starting in 2024, we will share lessons and insights from the process and the work of the 15 collaboration groups.
